We stopped by on the way home after a Labor Day vacation. The food and service were good, no problems. The cheeseburger was just the right size and tasted good.

This is the worst run Wendy's in the state of RI. So one again go to this one why I think I like to be punished I go threw drive thru..order 2 singles no cheese stress no cheese..and a drink..saw order pop up on screen ..2 singles I stress no cheese responds I got it..saw total stress I can't eat cheese she said no problem.. So got food well stupid me did not have time to check order Got to work both had cheese ..well guess what while sitting in drive thru manager walk by no head set..young lady has no help..guess once again the Bennett family cares about money no customers.... One of the worst every..hey owners you could have put me in hospital..do you care.... To all avoid this Wendy's...

This is definitely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The speaker in the drive thru must be broken or something, because neither I or the clerk could hear each other. I had to confirm my order three times before I saw that it was correctly displayed on the screen. I pulled up to the 1st window and the young man took my payment without saying a word. I'd be grumpy too if I had that job, but jee whiz. I pulled up to the second window and had to ask for my beverage twice as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I peeked into my bag and everything looked right so I drove away. I got back to work only to find that they gave me regular chicken nuggets instead of the spicy ones that I ordered. Great job!

Why is this Wendy's so pitiful? It is smelly and filthy inside, the booths are ripped, the service is ridiculously slow and the food is not up to par with the many other Wendy's I have gone to over the years. Owners take note: this establishment is a disgrace!

You stink Wendy's. After I posted my original review I ended up going back there every so often as it's right off the highway on my way to work and I was a fan of the cranberry pecan oatmeal. Today I went to the drive-thru and gave my standard order (coffee and oatmeal) and was told "Sorry, we don't serve oatmeal anymore." Huh? On the menu board is a beautiful picture of the oatmeal I wanted, so what gives? I kept my order to just the coffee and asked the teenager at the window why they stopped serving oatmeal. "We're getting out of serving breakfast so once we run of of something that's it." Good riddance to their breakfast as now I won't be able to subject myself to this incompetent location again.

I've been working down the street and I have stopped in a few times for lunch. Let me tell you this is the most dysfunctional Wendy's I have ever been to. They messed up my order along with several others before me. They don't get the sizes right and you don't get a rescript so you don't know who is screwing up.

Now normally I love Wendy's as far as fastfood goes, but this Wendy's is by far the worst one I've ever been to and nearly ruins all the others. I don't know who manages or runs this franchise location, but they are doing everything wrong. First off, the food is always cold, old, and terrible. For reference, I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, large fry, and a coke. The sandwich was cold and the lettuce was wilted and brown in spots. I didn't dare look at the tomato. The fries were soggy to the point of dripping grease and were cold. This isn't my first terrible experience at this location. It's so close that I find myself returning, but I think from now on I'll make the minute trek further and go elsewhere. This place doesn't even have a respectable dollar menu like all the others. Even the 4 piece nugget is more than 99c (previously they had the 5 piece for 1.39 and kept the same price point when they reduced the number to 4). Overall, if you have a craving for Wendy's and are near this location avoid it. Drive 20 miles to another Wendy's if you want it that bad, but going here is a waste of time and money. I don't know how you can mess up fast food, but apparently you can. Pure garbage.

You all know I'm hooked on Wendy's and yes, I'm a person who loves great food, not good food. Sometimes I can be a downtown girl and eat low budget food like a lot of people. If I do eat low budget food, my choice is Wendy's. I know, it's my guilty pleasure, which can I say. Well food wise, it's my guilty please.

Worst wendys ever. Waited twenty mins the 2nd time I went here for nuggets fries and a burger and it was cold WTF they could not even give me fresh fries? The first time I went they got my order wrong they told me to come back so I did and waited 30 mins spoke to two people and if I had not checked the bag they would have left out the nugget and fries.
